MGXTSV Central loose tube type optical cable for mine
The structure of MGXTSV optical cable is that the optical fiber is sheathed in a loose tube made of high modulus material, the loose tube is filled with waterproof compound, and the loose tube is wrapped with a layer of double-sided plastic-coated steel tape. Water-blocking material is added between the steel strip and the loose tube to ensure the compactness and longitudinal water-blocking of the optical cable. Two parallel steel wires are placed on both sides, and then polyethylene sheath and flame-retardant sheath are extruded to form a cable.
MGTSV Loose layer stranded optical cable for mine
MGTSV optical cable adopts loose-jacketed stranded structure, and the optical fiber is sheathed in a loose tube made of high-modulus polyester material. The loose tube is filled with waterproof compound (water-blocking ointment). Loose tube and filling rope are twisted around the metal central reinforcing core (phosphating steel wire) to form a compact cable core, and the gaps in the cable core are filled with water-blocking ointment. The cable core is longitudinally wrapped with plastic-coated steel strips on both sides, and then the PE inner sheath is extruded, and then the blue flame-retardant PVC sheath is extruded.
GYTA33 Underwater steel wire armored optical cable
The structure of GYTA33 optical cable is based on the structure of GYTA optical cable, which strengthens the waterproof function and anti-extrusion function. The optical fiber is sheathed in a loose tube made of PE material, and the tube is filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a metal reinforced core. For some optical cables with several cores, a polyethylene (PE) sheath needs to be extruded outside the metal reinforced core. The loose tube is twisted around the central reinforcement to form a compact circular cable core, and the gaps in the cable core are filled with water-blocking fillers. After being coated with aluminum tape, a layer of PE inner sheath is extruded, and then a single layer or a double layer of thin round steel wire armor is longitudinally wrapped, and finally a polyethylene outer sheath is extruded to form a cable.
